Our residential cleaning rate starts at $49 per hour per cleaner, including all cleaning supplies, with a minimum booking of 3 hours. Office and commercial cleaning services are priced between $49–$59 per hour per cleaner, also with a 3-hour minimum. We offer discounts on recurring services, ranging from 2.5% to 10%, depending on frequency (daily, weekly/bi-weekly, or monthly). For out-of-city services, a one-time travel fee of $1.00 per km (with return) applies, calculated downtown to downtown. Taxes are applied to all services.
Yes. We provide estimates by online form, phone, text, or email using a detailed questionnaire. While estimates are time-based, this process allows us to give accurate pricing without physically visiting your home in advance.
Cleaning time depends on the size, condition, and scope of work. After reviewing your needs, we’ll provide an estimated time frame during the initial consultation.
