SERVICE NOT INCLUDED

For safety, liability, and health reasons, we do not provide the following:

* Cleaning of areas or items higher than 10 feet
* Full washing of walls or ceilings
* Removal of pests, bodily fluids, chemical waste, excessive mold, or biohazards
* Post-fire or smoke damage cleaning, including heavy cigarette, vaping, or cannabis smoke odors
* Cleaning of exterior windows, patios, or garages
* Cleaning under heavy furniture or appliances that require lifting or moving
