DEEP / MOVE-IN / MOVE-OUT CLEANING
Includes all basic/regular cleaning items plus the following:
* Clean visible baseboards and window sills
* Furniture moving not included; accessible areas only
* Clean door frames, door edges, and handles
* Clean inside cabinets and drawers (empty only)
* Clean inside oven (upon request)
* Deep clean bathroom grout and tile
* Clean under-counter garbage and recycling areas
* Clean open shelves, ledges, and hard-to-reach areas
* Clean hanging light fixtures (up to 10 ft ceilings)
* Clean laundry room and mudroom (floors, counters, appliances exteriors)
* Vacuum and mop walk-in closets and pantry areas
* Clean finished basements (floors, countertops, furniture vacuumed)
* Sweep front and back porches (weather permitting)
SERVICE NOT INCLUDED
For safety, liability, and health reasons, we do not provide the following:
* Cleaning of areas or items higher than 10 feet
* Full washing of walls or ceilings
* Removal of pests, bodily fluids, chemical waste, excessive mold, or biohazards
* Post-fire or smoke damage cleaning, including heavy cigarette, vaping, or cannabis smoke odors
* Cleaning of exterior windows, patios, or garages
* Cleaning under heavy furniture or appliances that require lifting or moving
